The problem
A high-volume sales floor was juggling a generic CRM, a separate dialer, spreadsheets for call grading, and no way for leadership to see the whole operation in one place.
What we built
- Built-in browser power dialer on Twilio — reps call straight from the CRM, every call logged automatically
- Call grading pipeline with AI coaching, so managers score calls and reps see exactly how to improve
- Drag-and-drop deal pipeline, lead lists, calendars, and scheduled-call queues
- Executive HQ portal: revenue, activity, and per-rep performance dashboards, plus telephony cost tracking
- Portal-based access control so each department only sees its own world
The outcome
Deployed and in daily use by the sales floor — one system now runs dialing, grading, coaching, and executive reporting.
