The problem
A firm raising capital tracked hundreds of investor conversations across inboxes and spreadsheets — no pipeline view, no follow-up discipline, no single source of truth.
What we built
- Drag-and-drop kanban pipeline from Sourced to Committed
- Multi-step outreach sequencer with native email sending and a full send log
- Data room with structured docs and signature tracking
- Google Calendar two-way sync for meetings; conversation threads on every record
- Committed-vs-target dashboard so partners always know where the raise stands
