The problem
An agency running AI voice agents for clients managed each one with hand-built n8n workflows — fragile, unobservable, and impossible to scale past a handful of clients.
What we built
- Universal webhook receiver: one endpoint, dynamic per-client routing across six module types (inbound voice, outbound voice, booking, email, results, content)
- Client onboarding wizard: paste API keys, toggle modules, live in minutes
- Call logs with transcripts and recordings, linked to CRM contact records
- Real-time system log viewer so failures are visible instantly instead of silently dropping leads
The outcome
Onboarding a new voice-AI client went from building custom workflows to a settings form — the architecture is built for a 50+ client roster.
